Piaggio in a statement said that some unscrupulous persons are unauthorizedly using the name, product, trademark, product name and logo of Piaggio with ulterior motive to malign and tarnish the image of the products of Piaggio Vehicles Pvt. Ltd.(“Piaggio”).

These persons are fraudulently spreading wrong and fake information with an intent to dissuade prospective customers by soliciting the people to provide interviews / testimonials with fake and deceitful formation and wrong features of the Piaggio Apè vehicles. Piaggio is in process of taking appropriate legal action against such person indulging in such illegal activities.

We wish to inform the general public that Piaggio Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. (and its authorized dealerships / channel partners) are selling vehicles which are fully compliant with the regulatory norms as prescribed by the Govt. under the CMVR Act and its corresponding regulations.

The public in general are also cautioned not to fall prey to such fraudulent activities and mis-information campaign being spread by parties with mala fide interests. And bring it to our Notice/ share it with Piaggio if they come across any such information
